Lightly breaded and fried mixed vegetables (king mushoorms, button mushrooms, cauliflower, caulilini, eggplant, potato, and broccoli) and firm tofu. Tossed in a sweet, savory, and slightly spicy sauce containing onion, red bell pepper, long hots, scallions, and dry peppers.
